Pretty cool seeing my camp teachers in TV! Can't wait to see them again this summer!
Please upload more
Wonderful insights from Imogen - a true scholar and an engaging speaker - I always learn something new from her!
Others say it’s whacked out on coke, a cochaine bear if you will
i love the discussion dominated by the professional race victim.
Reflecting on this ad in “Nixonland,” Rick Perlstein writes, “Many viewers weren’t sure what they were supposed to be laughing at; just that Democrats were telling them to laugh at someone-just the thing a sanctimonious liberal would do. And if it so happened that you liked Spiro Agnew, that voice on the TV was laughing at you.”
Yeah nope. Bizarre movie with stranger than strange ending. Didn't like any of the main characters besides the farmer. Could not bring myself to care about such trashy people. Why it is named Days of Heaven, when there's no Heaven anywhere in this movie except the wedding, which is just a sham after all.
i like the dumb marxist analysis. how about a business viability case for such a ridiculous business model.
7:59 i laughed at loud when she says "mud doctor". I found this charming and it's stuck with me. I love this girl and her accent is fabulous. It makes me want to find out who she is now and what she did with her career. Her and Abby both were cast so well. This movie really took me in. I came across a you tube short and decided to watch it on a whim after being engrossed in a murder trial for the last month. It was exactly what I was looking for. Pure joy to watch. And a nice little rabbit hole as well. I'm seeing my parents this weekend for Mother's Day and will show this to them if they haven't already seen it. They are in their 80's and will really enjoy it. ❤
when i realized she was the mom from gummo i loled
One of the greatest filmmakers who ever lived
What film is featured from 0:29 to 0:30? For some reason, that image has been seared into my head since I first saw it.
Probably Mr. Thank you no?
ini aktris klo akting totalitas parahhhhh
Battiboys
“AGHOO!”-Hubert 1968
As much as Kubrick is fascinating to me, Michael Benson's ''Space Odyssey...Making of a Masterpiece" (2018) is a heartbreaking and dark read; I would recommend it along with Alex Eisentein's essay ''2001...Explained". My admiration and sympathy are with Douglas Trumbull who, if so, endured verbal abuse and professional disrespect during and long after the production; from a striving yet deeply insecure, altruistic yet equally egotistic Director. 2001 was the Olympus to the ''pit'' of Dr. Strangelove. Kubrick's motivation exploited the politico/economic forces of Anglo-America in a haphazard way to create a unique exploration of transcendence. -Christchurch, New Zealand
Looks really good
Me when I see any political candidate nowadays.
looks exactly like a movie that I will never watch. HARD PASS!!!
"French Film, Le Movie: Comment ne rien dire mais avoir l'air bien en le disant" (Dir. Sara Summa. Germany. 2023)
Wonderful and Excellent video trailer! Keep up the great work and I can't wait for the festival to begin. Count on that!
Sadly, over 500 souls die in the United States daily due to COVID-19. This pandemic hasn't stopped.
I noticed the defibrillator was used to induce sleep. Today we use this to awake a pulse.
Rachel Welch still gives me a sweaty forehead!
I was an infant when this political advertisement was on TV, so I don’t remember it. The first time I saw it was in the late 1980s.
Suka gyventi ne mele kad tau ožy liežiuvis apželtu melagi
"There's A Bear In The Woods. For Some People The Bear Is Easy To See. Others Don't See It All. Some People Say The Bear Is Tame Others Say It's Vicious And Dangerous. Since No One Could Really Be Sure Who's Right. Isn't Smart To Be Strong As The Bear? If There Is A Bear?"
I get fear from being sued, but criminal underworld?
Laughs at Spiro Agnew Picks Edmund Muskie
Reverse Shot Happy Hour was one of the things that got me through the pandemic. I definitely appreciated what you guys did. Thanks for posting this!
Where can I watch this?
Bravo Prezidentui Landsbergiui !!!
Mūsu prezidentas!

The funny part is he did all of this

Karen: Red is a stradivarius between Michael Frith's design and Rollie Krewson's building. Red: What are you talking about?! lol
Hmm two year old video and no comments. Curious.
very interesting! science and creativity. Beautiful perspective!
My aunt took me to see 2001 in the mid 1970s at the Cinema Dome in Hollywood. She made such an impression on me when she asked, "Were those apes real? How did they do that?" I was completely dumbfounded. How did they do that?! Those questions are really a huge compliment to Dan and Stuart who worked tirelessly to create what you see in the film.
Besides the parallel to Abraham and Sarah, I’ve never understood the motive behind the couple saying they’re brother and sister. Any thoughts?
You know how people are. You tell 'em something, they start talking
I was wondering that as well! The most I can come up with is (married) couples finding it hard to find work because of the chance of offspring
This great film was also shot entirely in natural light, no artificial lighting. This gave the film an authentic feel to the time period.
He's so underrated.
R.I.P❤❤❤❤❤
Haha😂 what he do nothing geeat commercial
This made me laugh. Tbh
It doesn't matter what film she acts in, it'll always be a great film
Great video featuring the erudite Katharina Kubrick. Just on a point of accuracy, she is Mr Kubrick's stepdaughter and not his actual daughter. I enjoyed watching this video.
is there a way to watch this for free
"At times it's almost as if she's doing an impression of a normal person." I agree and got that too. I don't think it's an intentional impression, though. It's a manifestation of her brokenness, or of something basic never having cemented itself inside of her.
Was with a girl on a first date when we saw this movie. When the movie ended I could not get out of my seat. It touched me so greatly that I could barely speak. My date on the other hand did not understand why I liked the movie. She made it clear how much she disliked it. I drove her home and never saw her again. We were too different. Days of Heaven has stayed with me all these yesrs. I have watched it many times, and when hearing the music it brings out in my very profound feelings. I am now 74 years old.
Where can I watch and support?
